Will an iPhone only option be available in the future and what is the reasoning behind not going phone only? What about Android Apps. Can one create a phone only version for the Android using DPS?

You cannot create an iPhone only app. You need to create a new instance of the app with both iPad and iPhone selected. Use the same mobileprovision files used in the previous app, and you can submit it as an app update.

Build a new app in app builder, but use the same provisions and certificates, plus other account details and app assets. This ensures you use the same app id, which alloes you to update your existing app with this new iphone+iPad configuration.

I have an IPad only app and want to now set up an IPhone app, the app builder won't allow me to build an IPhone only app, but I can't seem to update the IPad one to include IPhone. Is the only way around this building a new app from scratch? and how will this effect my existing app?
