If you are prompted for a serial after signing in, your account may not be provisioned properly. Normally, you would never see your serial with a CC subscription.

Double check that you signing in with the proper Adobe ID, and if you are, contact Customer Care to resolve any account issues.

Go here and sign in:

Adobe: Creative, marketing, and document management solutions

Click on "Manage account>" in blue.

Click "Plans & Products" in the gray bar on top.

Click "View all orders" in blue under "Order History."

Click the drop down arrow on the product for which you need the serial number.

Hey i have buying adobe premiere pro cc and i dont know the serial number where can i found it??!
