      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:58e601c1-122c-41cc-a204-86bd9174f61e] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;For the last couple of weeks I keep getting the message that I need to install Flash Player when trying to use BBC iplayer, videos on Facebook etc.&amp;nbsp; I have done a clean install of Flash Player several times and have also followed the instructions for installing as administrator.&amp;nbsp; But all to no avail.&amp;nbsp; I use Windows 7 64-bit.&amp;nbsp; My Adobe Reader also stopped working and I have reinstalled that several times but it is still "not responding".&amp;nbsp; They are both installed on my computer (along with Adobe Air) but are just not working.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help please?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:58e601c1-122c-41cc-a204-86bd9174f61e] --&gt;</description>
