You should call enterprise support to see if they can assist with this issue. You can find contact information by logging into http://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/ and looking at the bottom middle of the screen.

Hi Neil,

I thought it could be a UDID issue, but when I use the developer and the distribution profiles the app is created and runs on the iPad. If I select "Enterprise signed app" and use the distribution profile, the app doesn't run.

See Unable to install developer .ipa file for some troubleshooting tips. When we hear this problem come up it is almost always caused by the UDID for the device missing from the .mobileprovision file.

Enterprise signed app not loading correctly on iPad

I am testing my app using the Enterprise signed app option, but when the app loads on the iPad, it grays out. Tapping the app doesn't launch it. Just says "Installing..." but nothing happens. I have tried creating a simple test app with Xcode using the same bundle identifier as the mobile provision and that app runs on the iPad. This leads me to believe there is an issue with DPS App Builder and Enterprise Signed Apps.

Using this feature worked before, but seems to have stopped with this version of DPS App Builder. Any ideas?
