I am having the same problem. I created a fillable form using Acrobat XI Pro that our office staff use. Our field staff cannot view the information on the fillable fields from their mobile devices. They can from their laptops and computers - Mac or Window. I just got off the phone with Support and I was told that this is still under "testing" and that they are not supporting it at this time. I just updated from Acrobat 9 Pro and did not have this kind of problem before.

Yes they are reader extended. Users do not automatically save the form when they first start filling it out. For instance, they are filling out a travel expense form, come to the mileage rate, click on the link to retrieve the current mileage rate which does not open in a new window, so when they go back, the information they have typed is gone.

Were those forms are reader Extended?

Using Adobe Pro X, have a link to open a web link, but this is posted to our website and when a user clicks on the link, it does not open in a new window, so when they go back to the form, all the typed data is gone. I do not see an option for the link to open in a new window. Help!
