      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:5a6372c9-bb87-43f8-9a96-5b9e285d9c96] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Every time I try to download the new flash player the download starts and than says I need to close safari and chrome to continue. After I close the applications it downloads a little more than tells me the same thing. But Safari and Chrome have already been closed so I press retry again and it will download a little bit more than do the same thing. I keep pressing retry till it gets to about 98% downloaded and than gives me an error that it can't be downloaded at this time.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:5a6372c9-bb87-43f8-9a96-5b9e285d9c96] --&gt;</description>
