I've been running the issue across Chrome and Safari, and it's the same whether run on mobile, desktop, tablet etc...it's persisted after clearing browser histories.

I'm going to see if I can chat with Adobe tonight...

Southwaite it is probably a caching problem. I am finding things caching badly at the moment on BC sites, especially in Chrome.

Clear all history in the browser and have a look at the site again. Also open a different browser, IE or FF or Chrome and check. If they are OK there is no actual problem, just caching and probably only on your computer.

Hi, thanks however as I wrote above the issue is that all references to these files have been removed from the code - checked and confirmed by other parties. Yet although references are gone and files deleted, the problem persists. Any ideas? Thanks again!

Hi there,

Firstly, BC will insert certain files like the modulestylesheets each time. These are part of the platform.

Secondly, deleting a file does not mean a bit of hmtl code referencing it will be removed as well, you have to go into the code and remove the reference to a file or image as well.

This only affects my index page - four other pages with identical code and styling (and different subsets of content) appear perfectly.

southwaite.co/index.html -> looking crazy

southwaite.co/video_.html, and all other links -> looking good

I've combed through the site both in Dreamweaver and with FTP to delete any remnants of old files. The site's index page went up on Wednesday, displayed perfectly for most of Thursday and Friday, then went haywire over the weekend. Last observation: Lines of code appear in the live version of the index page that don't come from my uploaded files. Check out the difference:
