I Would not even attempt to try and do this with a responsive course. It would be next to impossible to guarantee accurate positioning of objects across all browsers and devices for a normal HTML5 course, let alone a responsive one.

I recommend you rethink your approach in this case.

CP8 Overlay Position NOT working well

I am brand new to Captivate, and I've done a lot of searching. I am having serious trouble with object overlay positions. This is the preview slide of what I am trying to create:

The blue boxes over the words are supposed to be positioned in the spaces between the words. I am doing what the help icon is saying to do and what an Adobe blog is saying as well:

The vertical heights should be set to %Relative if I don't want the objects to move.... Obviously this isn't working. I would really appreciate any assistance!
