I meant to say opened it in Adobe Reader, not Acrobat. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.

That is a strange message for Acrobat. It should say something related to a file creation error, not a download error. I am not familiar with the methods for ExportPDF and you might want to ask in that forum for the specifics of this online service.

When im logged in to the website online, I press the download button and literally nothing happens, no popup, no error, nothing.

I have also tried opening the PDF in acrobat and doing the conversion in the tools menu, but I get a error when trying to download the file again. It converts the file, but then I get "The converted file failed to be downloaded to your computer"

Once converting a PDF to an Excel spreadsheet, I am unable to download the finished file to my desktop. Any ideas?
