All versions since CP5 support only AS3.

Thanks for your reply Lilybiri. I understand now why I'm having all these issues with my SWFs. So, Cp 8 fully supports AS3 then?

Captivate doesn't support AS2 anymore since version 5, which was released about 4 years ago. Not astonishing that there are problems.

I'm developing a course in Cp 8 that uses several SWF animations developed using an older version of Flash Pro (not sure which one, but version 4 or earlier) with ActionScript 2. Some of them work without issues, but some either won't load at all, or take a long time to load.

I imported all SWFs as animations. I was wondering if there are some compatibility issues with Cp 8?
