Xxxxxxxxxx123 if you are not seeing the option to cancel your membership plan then please contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care. If you are not being given the option to contact our support team then please ensure you are signed in with the Adobe ID tied to your membership. I would also recommend utilizing a different web browser.

Cancelling Creative Cloud

I am trying to cancel monthly membership to (I think?) Creative Cloud. I am being charged £8.78pm & I no longer want this. When I log in and go to manage account, no plans etc come up. Please help !!How do I cancel this ? The help sections of the Adobe website just leave you going round in circles. Thanks
