      <title>Organizer Photoshop Elements 13 =&gt; AVCHD - No Sound</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:43b852da-9fcf-49a3-8a13-3ac32454ebe9] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hi,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;today&lt;br/&gt;I installed following test versions: &amp;#8220;Adobe Photoshop Elements 13&amp;rdquo; and &amp;#8220;Adobe Premiere Elements 13&amp;rdquo; on my Windows laptop (Windows 8.0 64 bit). My digital camera is &amp;#8220;Panasonic TZ61&amp;rdquo;. It makes AVCHD videos. Each AVCHD video consists of 4 files, eg Video1:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Video1.m2ts&lt;br/&gt;Video1.cont&lt;br/&gt;Video1.pmpd&lt;br/&gt;Video1.tmb&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;When I import &amp;#8220;Video1&amp;rdquo; into the ADOBE Organizer following error message appears for the files 2-4 (extensions: .cont, .pmpd, .tmb) :&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p lang="en"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;File is damaged or has a format that can not be inserted in Elements Organizer.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;and:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1 media file (s) was (were) imported.&lt;br/&gt;3 media file (s) was (were)&lt;br/&gt;not imported because it already exists in the catalog either / or are not supported / are&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I can view the video in the Organizer, but there is no sound! But when&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp; drag this video file from the Elements Organizer into Adobe Premiere Elements 13 to theVideo Editor (New Project), then there is a sound! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p lang="en"&gt;What do I&amp;nbsp; wrong or can the Organizer play no sound?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sorry for my bad English :-)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Alfred Klotz&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:43b852da-9fcf-49a3-8a13-3ac32454ebe9] --&gt;&lt;img src='/beacon?t=1415892555440' /&gt;</description>
