That’s what I thought: Just go offline and leave apps running, unless Adobe would require me to first close their app(s) before going off-line for the same app to become openable on the other machine. My guess is “not likely.”

Thanks for the answer. I was concerned because Apple is very vague about compatibility with 3rd party applications.

Could you also tell me if I can have PS running on a desktop Mac and a MB pro at the same time as long as they both aren’t online at the same time?

I cannot see any reason why they wouldn't, and I use them all the time.
