You need to rescale project, using Modify menu, but it will always lead to

quality loss.

I have been developing a couple of software simulation with a resolution of 1339 x 712 and was wondering if there is a method for me to publish the file using a lower resolution for example 1024 x 768. Under Publish settings, is there a setting I can use. I can't seem to find it.
