thank you, that worked!

I also do have another problem, I need the video to have at least 25 fps. It only publishes 15 as mp4. I've read that I can change that, tried that with the "MP4Settings.ini" file, but it does not work. Either I am doing something wrong or...?

Hello Christine ,

You are using an older version , There was an update released for Captivate 6 after which it will become 6.0.1.240 .

Please go to Help > Update to update your version.

Test the same behavior after updating the Captivate.

Can you please tell me the exact version of Adobe Captivate you are using (Go to Help > About Adobe Captivate ) ?

Are you publishing locally to your computer or to a web server ?

Publish to MP4 with added video (Captivate 6)

I do have to publish with included videos as an intro and outro. If I publish them as swf and version 9 they perfectly show up. As soon as I am trying to publish them as mp4, instead of the videos the message "connection error" appears.

Is there any way to solve that?
