I've found a very frustrating behaviour while locking folders with no indivisually locked layers inside. Basically the first time I unlock the folder all the layers inside it remained lock until I select them and unlock them independently from the folder. After I do this the locking and unlocking the folder works as expected.

Surely this shouldn't be the case when the only reason the layers are locked is because the folder holding them was locked. Is this a bug? Is there a work around?
