This seems to happen once the action panel has gained focus, so could be going from stage to panel, or even from another actions panel. The moment anything is selected after bringing focus to the actions panel, it is immediately deleted. This is not only very frustrating but also potentially catastrophic. It is not always obvious that anything has been deleted.</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;">&nbsp;</p><p>I have attached a video of what I mean. In this I select different action panels and the moment I start selecting anything in the panel, it is deleted.
