I found out about WikiVid while reading John Nack's blog...John Nack on Adobe... which is an excellent link in itself.

Edit: YouTube is another place to find lots of Photoshop videos. WikiVid has a larger selection of Photoshop videos than for Elements but from reading their main page it's a work in progress.
