Hi - considering that you wrote "My copy" of Acrobat.com, I'm going to assume that you are referring to the Acrobat.com AIR application that runs on your desktop. That has been retired and never provided access to the authoring applications - it was just a way to get at the files from a desktop application.

To use Acrobat.com open http://acrobat.com in a browser.

After logging in you will see a "Files" tab a the top left that will display your Organizer that contains all your documents.

To open one of the authoring apps, either select a file an open it or click the "+ New" button and you'll get a menu of the available actions and applications including Buzzword, Tables and Presentations.

My copy of adobe.com does not list authoring applications Buzzword, Presentations, or Tables.

I have not found a way to access them.

Would appreciate receiving an explanation.

Hi - we've recently updated and unified Buzzword and Acrobat.com so that all of your files are displayed in a common organizer and all of the authoring applications are accessible

You will be redirected there from buzzword.com, acrobat.com, buzzword.acrobat.com, labs.acrobat.com, etc.

On the landing page where you sign in - check the "Keep me signed in" checkbox under the password field to have your login credentials retained.

And please let us know any additional suggestions or comments you have on our ideas site: ideas.acrobat.com

Apart from all the cheers, bugs, and flaws, I have a complaint

that has to do with the BW-branding and accessing in general.

I'm not such a frequent user of BuzzWord (mainly because it

lacks some important features), so every time when I want to

peek if someone has edited a document (notifications, please)

I have to remember again the URL where my documents are.

Of course, I could easily make a bookmark, but the point of

cloud computing is that I can access BW on any machine.

So I wouldn't always be able to use a bookmark.

Every time I want to access BW, I guess it the wrong way.

Here's a scenario I went through this morning:

buzzword.adobe.com (that would be too easy...)

www.adobe.com/buzzword (nope, nothing there)

labs.adobe.com (no mention of buzzword there)

I know now, I could have typed "buzzword" in the Search field

at the homepage, but I'm a guy, I don't want to ask directions...

Now I remember, BW is part of the Acrobat.com stuff, isn't it ?

www.acrobat.com (not a trace, even after log-in)

Which is strange, because I've seen the icon here before...

And the screen looks much emptier than usual (with panes).

Would there be a glitch in the software ?

Wait, there's a little BW icon in the top bar, on the right: click!

No result. It sure says: "To access your BW docs, click here".

I sign out of Acrobat.com and notice I'm getting irritated.

I look it up in an email: http://buzzword.acrobat.com/

Okay, let's have a look there... There it is, finally.

And then there's only one more snag to deal with:

retyping your full username and password, again.

The web browser can't populate the Flash fields.

But I'm in, I can see my files - phew...

After signing out and in again with Acrobat.com, I do see the

BW-icons, clearly green and proud on the left, But I do question

why BW isn't on the top row of main icons (so not just as "New")

and why "To access your BW docs, click here" still doesn't work.

There are many flaws and inconsistencies to be dealt with, here.

I think it will take some time before one can rely on BW.
