Thanks, I hadn't noticed that check all button at the top.

I think that the conversion to the new system must have set the email notification marker for anything that you had replied to recently.

Thanks Barbara. I had set all the notification options to “no” and saved those options but it seems I had been automatically subscribed to a whole host of threads.

I’ve now tried using the top checkmark to select all and then deleted them. Hopefully that will do the trick.

Yes, you're right. I'd forgotten I'd had to drill down that far.

Hi,

I think that seems to only give you a list of your current notifications - pity there isn't a check all button.

For global preferences, I found that I had to go to my profile and select Edit Preferences

Then on the Email Notification Preferences tab there are lots of options that can be turned off.

Where are you doing this, 99jon? I found I had to go into my profile and change the default setting there to get it to stop for all topics.

Click your name where it says "Welcome, 99jon" up at the top of the screen, then click Profile and you'll see Manage email notifications over in the Actions panel on the right of the screen. That's where you can stop it globally.

What’s wrong with this newly designed site?

I click on “Stop email notifications” and get a confirmation pop-up but nothing takes effect.

My inbox is filling up.

Has anyone worked out how to restore the previous functionality?
