Regarding the e-mail, are you referring to your e-mail in your Adobe Profile? If so, you can edit your Profile (just click on your avatar, at the upper-left of the page, after you have logged into the forum), and can Hide your e-mail.

If something else, please give us a bit more detail please.

Thanks for prompt reply. I'll look at the website you mention. Also will change from Norton when it runs out. Can you tell me how to stop my email being available to all and

Norton is murder on a lot of programs -- and it can certainly give Premiere Elements fits.

Unfortunately, removing Norton is a bit like removing a virus.

Here's a tool that can do it.

Replacing it with Avast! Free or even Microsoft Security Essentials (also free) can free up a lot of resources without sacrificing any antivirus protection.

Compatability issues with Norton

Does anybody know if Premiere Elements and Norton Internet Security have compatibility issues? Premiere Elements often crashes, usually when Norton is performing background tasks. I haven't found a way to switch Norton off so don't know if that is possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
