Can't add/remove folders from a project

I wonder if anyone reads this anymore. I really want to stick with Homesite as long as possible, but I've lost the ability to add and remove folders from a project!

I can create a new project, and add everything under \htdocs. I'll by default add all HTML files, and in the top pane of Resource Tab, I see the normal, isthing my Project name and the proper folder/subfodlers underneath. I used to be able to right click on a folder and say "remove" (or add new one).

Now when I right click, all I see is "New project.... Open project.... Move projects to... Organize....

Nothing else.

Doesn't matter if I access a local or remote (still, mapped) set of files. I used to do this all the time but now I can't.

Any help?
Thanks
