Is anyone having issues with SCORM 1.2 course tracking using IE 9 or IE 10?

I am working on behalf of a course developer having an issue with Presenter courses in their LMS (Cornerstone OnDemand/CSOD).

The course is not sending tracking data for users with Internet Explorer 9. or 10

The course works fine when using another browser - IE 7 & 8, Chrome, Firefox.

I am not sure what version of Presenter is being used.

Adobe Presenter not showing in power-point

I have been using Adobe Presenter in my Power-point 2013 for over a month now with Adobe Presenter 10. Last week when I opened my file again, Adobe Presenter was not available any more. I have tried to re-install Adobe Presenter, enabled Add in Powerpoint option but to no avail. What is the problem?

html5 publication problem

Hello, I try the html5 publication... and I notice some problem in the output files.

1-The logo I use for the Presenter information is 148 x 52 pixel. It works well with the old Presenter version... but in the html5 publication, the size is not the same as in SWF. On the computer the logo appears smaller and on the tablet it appears in another proportion. That's weird !!!

2-Even if I select a theme without the notes of the Powerpoint, in html5 publication the appears if I click to see the notes (CC). In SWF, the notes doesn't appears if I choose a theme without the notes. How to hide the notes in html5 publication ?

3-I have an audio problem on the first slide.

In SWF publication, the audio begin at 2sec and end à 5sec the presentation pass to the second slide at 6 sec. That's what it's suppose to be... Fine

In html5, the audio begin at 4sec and end at 7sec (seems to) but the presentation pass also to the second slide at 6 sec. So, I miss the end of the audio on the first slide.

How to correct that ?

It's very great to have html5 publication possibility. I hope that it will be better and better...

Audio problems on Macs while playing lectures created with Presenter

My department creates lectures using Presenter 7 or 8 and add mp3 files so that it plays the lectures and audio simultaneously. For the past several months, students who use macs have been reporting problems playing audio. When they open the lecture, the "No Audio" message appears in the navigation bar. We've come to find out that this occurs mainly for 3 reasons:

Students need to update to the latest version of Flash Player especially if they have the Lion OS.
Students need to switch from a firewall restricted wireless connection to a wired connection.
Students are experiencing this problem on a Mac while using a USB headset.

We have not been able to find a solution to the 3rd problem and I haven't seen anyone post it in the forum. We don't believe this problem is related to Flash since students are able to play other Flash related files with audio without any problems. Has anyone ever experienced this problem and know if it's related to Presenter and if there's a fix for it? We require students to use USB headsets.

I have been using registered version of Adobe Presenter ( I have a serial number) for some time. Now I receive the following error message:

"Adobe Presenter failed to open because either it is not licensed or there is an error in the licensing system. Please close and re-launch PowerPoint and enter

serial number to license it. If this problem persists, reinstall this product and try again."

The registration page pops up but just briefly--too fast to click the accept/decline buttons. I have tried deleting the Office and Adobe preference files under User as well as uninstalling/reinstalling but the error message persists making presenter unusable. I also tried to install just a a trial version but also receive the same error message.

System is Win 7. As I said I have been using it for over a year successfully.

What can I do to fix this?

I have published the SCORM 1.2 package using Presenter 10 (project contains static slides and audio only). I had tried to upload it to Moodle 2.7 LMS - after uploading it shows the dialog: Error: parameter sesskey is missing. What can I do? Please, any idea.

Uploading a Powerpoint with embedded videos to a Connect Meeting to work on desktop and mobile; has anyone done this?

I would like to upload a Powerpoint file with embedded videos to work on both desktop and mobile clients in a Connect Meeting. Has anyone managed to do this with Presenter 10 because you cannot do this by uploading to a Connect Meeting directly. Adobe tell me that I need to buy Presenter 10.

The problem I find, apart from some really irritating permission errors with Presenter 10 that often means the project fails to be published to Connect, is that the desktop version of Connect uses Flash and does not support HTML5. The mobile client does not support MP4(!). You have to use FLV video to work in both, but Powerpoint does not support this. Also Media Encoder 2014 does not support FLV so you have to use an earlier version.

So unless I am missing something the only way to get video to work on both platforms is to remove it from the PPT/PPTX, convert to FLV and then add the FLVs to a separate pod. This is a major and time consuming endeavour and is becoming a significant problem for me.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Video creation and importation in Powerpoint

If a reocrd a video and publish it on my computer as a mp4.

When I want to import the mp4 file in Adobe Presenter (Powerpoint) it open Adobe Media Encoder and re-encode the files before importing it on my slide. also it import the video in a 320X240 resolution.... Why ? The source file is already a mp4 and it has a resolution of 1280X720.

How to add video's control bar?

Today, I've searched 24 pages here for related discussion but no solution was found.

These pictures I listed here were created by other people.

I want to know how to add a control bar below the video? Is it to use the Insert->Video button of Adobe Presenter (0002.jpg), or use the Insert->video button of PowerPoint (0003.jpg)? When I insert a video (in .flv format), it shows like a white box in the original PPT (see 0004.jpg), looks different from the existing 0001.jpg.

And after I published this PPT (with the white box-like video) locally, when this video slide loads, that video plays immediately, but I want pause/stop function.

I also noticed if I try to import a video in .m4v (MP4 Video), PowerPoint says QuickTime is required.

I used to insert video in year 2010, but I forget the details. Maybe at that time I inserted a video with pause/stop function, but I forget.

Or, is it because a specific video format would naturally show the control button?

I previously had Presenter 8 installed, then upgraded to Presenter 9. I have uninstalled both. However, I get this message when I try to install Presenter 10: "A conflicting or prerelease version of Adobe Presenter 10 (64 bit) exists on this computer. The conflicting version must be removed before installing from the current media."

I never had Presenter 10 installed previously in any form. I suspect something in the Registry is the problem. Anyone had this experience and know how to resolve it?

What parameters can I put in the Presenter 10 configuration xml?

Windows 7, IE 10, Adobe Presenter 9

I have an email hyperlink created in PPT/Presenter that works fine within PPT. However, when I publish the course to My Documents and view the presentation, once I click the email hyperlink, it opens an email but opens an additional window..."Navigation to webpage canceled". It reacts this same way when published to our LMS. The user will need to close the extra window, which may cause confusion. Our IT department has looked at my IE security settings and I have set my flash security settings to "allow" for My Documents folder. I went back to a similar course I created a couple of years ago, but I do not receive this message when I click the hyperlink. I was using an older version of Presenter at that time.

Has anyone experienced this same issue and had a resolution?

Adobe Presenter 8 won't publish correctly

I get the Adobe Presenter splash page, the little green circle and that's it. The size of the pdf appears like more should be there, but that is all that is showing on my screen.

I was working fine in AP 8, upgraded to AP 9. Went to publish and the NOTES would not show in the sidebar, neither would contact link and information. That all worked fine in AP 8. So I uninstalled 9, reinstalled 8 and now I can't even get it to publish to see if the NOTES would show.

Can anyone direct me how to fix this?

PowerPoint(pptx)内のアニメーションをswfファイルに変換する際に関してです。

元のPowerPoint(pptx)内のアニメーションに”繰り返し”を使用している場合、

吐き出されたswfファイルではその”繰り返し”が正しく再現されません。

試しにと思い、presenter10(試用版)を別のマシンにインストールして

presenter10とoffice2010、Win7でも実行してみましたができませんでした。

これに関して何か対策、もしくは設定での対処はできますでしょうか？

Unable to install Presenter 7 with office 2010. Please help

Hello, I previously posted this under a different title, but wondered if I might get more help with a new title.

I have recently installed Office 2010 (not an upgrade from 2007). Normally I operate on a Mac, but I am using a PC for the specific purpose of using Presenter 7. I have a brand new version of windows XP Pro with sp3. I purchased Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended, which installed successfully with the provided serial number. Presenter 7 is also included in the software, but there is not a separate serial number for it.

Adobe recently announced that Presenter 7 would support Office 2010, but I have been on the phone with them all evening (first Customer Support, then Tech Support, then the install team, then Adobe Connect, and back to Customer Support) and nobody there has been able to help me get the program installed properly.

There are two problems.

1) When I use the Presenter 7 install disk, I am given an error that says "Microsoft PowerPoint cannot be detected." I have PowerPoint installed already (PowerPoint 2010). This error appears because at the time I purchased the software, Presenter 7 did not support Office 2010. So...

2) Then I go to http://www.adobe.com/products/presenter/?promoid=DJDXB and click the download link to download a new version of presenter 7 that is compatible with MS Office 2010. But when I do this, it requires a serial number to install presenter 7. As I stated above, there is no serial number included in the software package.

I've also tried the "autoplay" tactic that I've read about online but it doesn't work.

This is very frustrating for obvious reasons. If Adobe's site says they support MS Office 2010 for Presenter 7, why am I unable to install?

Please help.

Adobe Presenter 10 does not work with Powerpoint

Hi,

I have followed all the advice given in this forum regarding Adobe Presenter 10, but I cannot get the Adobe Presenter 10 tab to show in PowerPoint. It used to work when I had the trial license, but now that I have a licensed version it stops working.

What is going wrong?

(Yes I have uninstalled, restarted, installed, uninstalled, used the File->Options->Com Add-in approach BTW why is Adobe Presenter not a valid Office Add-in?)

Additional information:

Powerpoint 2013, 64-bit
If I uninstall Adobe Presenter and reinstall as administrator it works until the next restart, then it stops working.
Launching Presenter from the Start Menu does not help, it stills gets to the situation where PowerPoint does not
It only works if I run PowerPoint as administrator.

Help here would be very welcome,

Adobe Presenter 10 published URL not working in IE 11, 10, 9, 8 but works in Firefox and Chrome. I can open the index.htm file locally on the computer and it works fine in Firefox and IE.

I can replace the index.htm and loadflash.js with an older Adobe Presenter Published version and then it will work in IE 11, 10, 9, 8 but this seems like a poor solution. Linking directly to the viewer.swf also works in IE. The old loadflash.js file which uses the showFlash() function to load the content works.

The Adobe Presenter 10 presenter.libs.js file which uses its own showFlash() function is not working in Internet Explorer.

(the debugger tool is in IE11 with browser mode IE8/doc modeIE7)

Using IE -->Tools--Developer Tools - index.htm file returns an error on line 56 loadPrContent();

Adobe Presenter 10 publishing seems broken when viewing as http link. IE must ignore the 'touch' code when loading locally. I would like to have the 'touch' functionality intact and not removed. Any ideas? It looks like the error either needs to be corrected or you (Adobe) needs a script to ignore the code for IE?

I'm not a webmaster so I've about exhausted my knowledge hear. Hope someone at Adobe can help.

Can I just copy the files on the tablet? Doesn't seem to work by the way...

Do I have to upload it on my web page or something else?

Import video stereo format flv. Why the export is in mono ?

Hello !

I was working on Presenter from a few weeks by now. I have a problem about the sound of the video.

I have some video on FLV (a format supported by Presenter) which is in stereo.

When I import this video throught Presenter, there is an error message which warm me : "The program have encountred an error with the file. It's possible that you can't read of share this correctly. Do you really want to insert this file ?"

I click ok and the video is insert correctly. But when I export it on a package, the sound of the swf is in mono only on the video (the others mp3 are in stereo). Do you have a solution for this problem ? I try to find something on the setting or on the Adobe Presener guide but find anything...

If somebody can help, please ?

Why is this feature important to you? The new "Adobe Presenter video creator" is great as a standalone video creator. But when I'm in Powerpoint and want to record a simple sidebard video for 1 slide... It's a shame that the simple old way to do this doesn't exist anymore. I just want to click "record", select that I want my video in the sidebar, record my video with my webcam and then stop... I don't want to record the screen, the webcam, export as mp4, reimport it in Powerpoint, etc... In Presenter 7 I could do a simple video record for a sidebar video.... I just want to know if other think like me...

Here, we use Adobe Presenter to make online courses. We use it to add narration to slides. And occasionnally, we want to add a video in the sidebar section for an intro for example... In Presenter 7 we could click on record, choose that we want the recording video at the sidebar position, record the video with the webcam and that's it... it's done ! We have a slide that has a video in the sidebar.

Now in Presenter 9, we have a new way to make video but that doesn't work !!!

The Adobe Presenter video creator is great as a standalone software... But when I'm in Powerpoint in my Adobe Presenter tab and I want to add a simple video record with my webcam... I just want to click record video and see that my webcam open and can record. I don't want that another software open, that I have to export the video, go back to my Powerpoint, import the video that I previously export....... It was so easy in Presenter 7.... Why did they remove that simple function ?

Also, when Adobe Presenter video creator open, it also make a screen capture. That great when you need it... but when you don't need it... you don't want it. Can you add a button : "record webcam only" ?

I have a HD webcam and with the Adobe Presenter video creator I cannot get a simple fullscreen video of the webcam. If I make a recording and then select the layout to see just the webcam. I have the image of my webcam in the middle and the captured screen dimmed in the background. So, if I import that video in the sidebar section, that doesn't work !!! I don't want the dimmed background behond the image recorded by the webcam...

Just to add a note...

I'm a audiovisual technician and works with a lot of Adobe software (Premiere Pro, After Effect, Lightroom, Photoshop...)

I know that I can record a introduction video in my studio. Edit it with Premiere Pro and import it in Powerpoint Adobe Presenter in the sidebar section.

But I work with University teachers and lots of them want to make their online course alone. They need to record a small video clip with Adobe Presenter and they want to be able to do that easily as in old version of Adobe Presenter... nobody understand why that function doesn't exist anymore...

they are thinking now to use another software instead of Adobe Presenter.........

Audio files name

Hi,

Is it possible to have other kind of naming for the audio files create with the record option of Adobe Presenter.

I record narration on a presentation and I lost de .ppcx file. So, I have to reimport all my audio. the name of the audio files are 144076652.mp3, 911255966.mp3, etc...

I have 34 slides...

I just want Presenter to name the file a better way... Like:

(name of presentation)_Slide01.mp3 (for the audio of slide 1)

(name of presentation)_Slide02.mp3 (for the audio of slide 2)

(name of presentation)_Slide03.mp3 (for the audio of slide 3)

and so on...

Is it possible to change the way Presenter name the audio files it record ?

I would be very very much easier to reimport the file at the right place.

Its for Windows 7 64-bit and Office 2013 32-bit.

If i make a package for 64-bit i CCP Everything installs perfectly but no add-in i Powerpoint !?

If i make a package for 32-bit i CCP its not possible to install on my system.

Any solutions for this, bugg i CCP ?

How do you import Presenter files into Presenter 8

Hi Everyone:

I just gave a user a new computer and I'm trying to transfer all of the profile files from Presenter to the new computer.

I tried copying everything in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Presenter\Presenters to the new location, but they don't show up in Presenter.

If I make a new presenter, that one shows up in the AppData directory but none of the profiles I copied over show up.

It doesn't look like Presenter 8 has an "import" function.

I deleted the folder for the test Presenter I made and it still showed up in Adobe Presenter.

So, my question is "How can I get Presenter 8 to read these imported directories?" Is there a directory or hidden file I'm missing or a change in the registry settings?

Saying, "Upgrade to Presenter 10" is a valid response, but I was hoping to get around that.

Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am writing a Math presentation and I published it to AdobeConnect as HTML, swf, and pdf. All types were missing the timeline on the right, which includes scores of the questions, and the MathType equations.

The memory associated with the files is very large. The original ppt takes 1.3 MB while the published files are over 15 MB.

Adobe Presenter 'Internal Error'

In Adobe Presenter Video Express, anytime I click on the 'Both' layout button, I get a popup error message that says "Application encountered an internal error". Everything else seems to be working fine. Any ideas how to resolve this? Using PowerPoint 2010, 32 bit on a Windows 7 machine.

Presenter 10 fails with embedded wmv videos

I have just upgraded from Presenter 9 to Presenter 10 and now the embedded *.wmv videos are not longer processed by Presenter 10!

I am always facing the error message "There was an error encoding the file!" when trying to publish the presentation.

I have dozends of presentations containing many *.wmv video files. Presenter 9 was working fine with that video format.

Who can help?

Adobe Presenter Video Issues

I imported an MP4 video into my PowerPoint presentation with presenter. When I play the imported version on preview, it only plays part of the video and stops mid-way. I have verified that the video I imported is the full length version from viewing the original. I tried deleting the imported video and reimporting it. This did not fix the problem. It keeps stopping at the same place. Can you please explain how to make the full length video import and play?

Mouse problem in Adobe Presenter Video Creator

I have Adobe Presenter 9.0.2 build 173, 64-bit and I seem to have a strange thing going on in Adobe Presenter Video Creator when I use it to do screen recording to demonstrate software.

If I allow it to change my screen resolution as recommended by the application - 'change display Resolution during recording (Recommended)' - the mouse click occurrences recorded in the video occur a small distance away from where I actually clicked the mouse. So say I'm demonstrating the Ribbon in Microsoft Word 2013. If I click on the 'Home' tab on the ribbon, the video makes it look like I'm clicking on the 'Insert' tab just to the right of it.

However, if I uncheck the box 'change display Resolution during recording (Recommended)', the moue clicks in the recorded video are in exactly the correct positions. I would be happy to record in this mode but the trouble is the fonts and pixels are not as clear when I record in this way with the display resolution box unchecked as when I record with the box checked.

I'd like to know how to let Adobe Presenter Video Creator record at the recommended display resolution and have mouse clicks recorded correctly in the correct locations.

Any ideas anyone? Thank you.

Video Issues in Adobe Presenter 9

Video issues - I have inserted a 3 minute video in a Presenter 9 file and it plays fine when previewing but only 6 seconds when published. Plays 6 seconds and then buffers. I have tried inserting different formats and still get the same results. Anyone else have this issue or ideas on how to resolve?

I am trying to install Presenter 9, but I am getting an error that says "A conflicting or prerelease version of Adobe Presenter 9.0 exists on this computer. The conflicting version must be removed before installing from the current media.". From what I have read on the forums, I am interpreting this to mean I should uninstall Presenter 8 first. According to the instructions, I should be able to remove it using the Programs and Features control panel, but Presenter does not appear there (if I open PPT it is still there, so I know v.8 is still installed). I have tried using the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool but Presenter does not appear as an option for removal. Can you please tell me how I can uninstall Presenter 8 so I can install Presenter 9? I am using PPT 2010 32 bit and trying to install Presenter 9 32 bit. Thanks.

Presenter 8/PowerPoint 2007 Hyperlink Issue

I'm using PowerPoint 2007.pptx format and Adobe Presenter 8. I have inserted a hyperlink on the last slide. When I publish the presentation the hyperlink doesn't work and I get an error message that says: Adobe Flash Player has stopped a potentially unsafe operation. The following local applications on your computer or network: file path is trying to communicate with the Internet-enabled location: location name. To let this application communicate with the Internet, click Settings. You must restart the application after changing your settings.

When I click on Settings, they are set according to my company's requirements. Can anyone help?

Can't get Trial Presenter 9 to show up in PowerPoint

Went the route of Options and Add-ins in PowerPoint, but Presenter doesn't show up anywhere. It seems to be installed because I can run Presenter Video Creator 9. Presenter 8 worked fine in PowerPoint and I uninstalled it before installing 9. Add-in function in PowerPoint just can't find it.

Any suggestions?

Slide video synchronization

Hello,

is any workaround to synchronize a slide video with the slide progress control in player? The slide video is playing right when user does not touch the progress control. But the video is unsynchronized when user move progress control forward or backward. Do you have any idea?

The error message reads 'An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem.' But I am the creator and have no idea what the problem is. HELP!!

Converting Presenter to video file

Is it possible to export or convert Presenter to video or is the only option HTML and SWF files? I used Captivate awhile back and I believe I was able to export that to FLV ... can this be done with Presenter?

Flash is not an option for my project, any suggestions are appreciated!

SABA LMS Completion Status is always "Successful" -- even if quiz skipped

For a course I'm creating, the SABA LMS Completion Status is always “Successful” even if just 1 slide of the Scorm 1.2 compliant Adobe Presenter course is viewed – doesn’t even need to get into quiz.

A failing grade is also always "Successful". How to get an "Unsuccessful" for skipping the quiz and/or failing the quiz?

Settings:

Reporting - Quiz Manager:

Enable reporting for this project -- checked

Learning Managemenet System (LMS) -- Scorm

Choose Report Data -- Report Quiz results only

Report Pass or Fail -- Report Pass/Fail (should this be Report staus as defined by report data?)

Report Score to LMS as: Percent

Reporting Level -- Report interactions and the score

Stop Flash videos from looping

Does anyone have a fix for looping Flash videos? I have produced some Flash videos with Camtasia. They don't loop anywhere else (including the preview function built into Presenter within Powerpoint), but they do loop when published. Thanks.

Acrobat 9 Pro and straight .swf to PDF conversion

I have an electronic document that is several .swf files, one file for each document page. Using cutepdf I can put each file in firefox and then print the the page to pdf. This is very tedious since I have 1000+ pages. I would prefer to speed this process up with AA9.

I have Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended. When I try to create a new PDF from the .swf file I get some dialogue that treats the .swf as embedded content. This puts an annoying play button at the bottom of the converted page and makes it incompatible to view in my iPhone or other handheld devices. It would seem that AA9 treats the .swf as .swf and doesn't convert it to .pdf like cutepdf does.

I have to believe that AA9 can ignore the media type of .swf and straight convert the content in the .swf to .pdf without treating it like I want to embed it as a flash file inside a pdf. How is this done? Thanks in advance.

If NOT - are Adobe going to launch it in the near future?

Is there a limit to how big the video file can be, storage size or pixel size, when inserting in a powerpoint?

When I add a video file to a ppt file using adobe presenter 9 it will now work when it reaches that slide. the video will start but at about 30 seconds in it will tear to green. Sometimes it will return and sometimes it will just stop after that. When it comes back it will continue until about 40-45 seconds in then on a fade to black it will not play anymore. The slider will continue as if it is playing but no output is seen on the screen.

The video file in question is 165MB, 1920 x1080 pixels MP4

If I convert it to smaller, 65MB, 1080 x 608 MP4 file everything works with no issue.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Installing Presenter 10 on a System with Office 2010, but getting an error message at the beginning of the installation that says I am running on an unsupported (pre-2007) version of Office. What gives?

when i try to convert ppt file to scorm packet presenter menu disappear from office menu bar

then I try to add menulauncher.dll

but i experience "menulauncher.dll does not office extention" message on the screen

Issue

The Adobe Presenter menu doesn't appear in PowerPoint even though the Adobe Presenter Add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint is installed.

Solution

Click the Office PowerPoint button (upper left), and then click PowerPoint Options.

Select Add-Ins. In the Manage pop-up menu at the bottom of the Options dialog box, select Disabled Items and click Go
In the Disabled Items dialog box, click the Presenter add-in, and then click Enable.

Note: There aren't any items listed in the screenshot. In your installation, you sometimes see the Adobe Presenter PowerPoint Add-in.

Click Close.
If the above solution doesn't work, try the following:

Click the Office PowerPoint button (upper left), and then click PowerPoint Options.
Select Add-Ins. In the Manage pop-up menu at the bottom of the dialog box, select COM Add-Ins and click Go.
Select Adobe Presenter Powerpoint COM Addin from the list. Write down the Location path.
Deselect all add-ins in the list except the Adobe Presenter Addin and click Remove.
Click Add and navigate to the MenuLauncher.dll file at the location you wrote down in step 3.
Click OK. Click OK again.

Click Help > About Microsoft Office PowerPoint > Disabled Items.

In the Disabled Items dialog box, click the Presenter add-in, and then click Enable.

Click Close.

Problems downloading trial version of Presenter 10 when having Presenter 9 installed

I have Presenter 9 installed on a Windows 7 laptop, and before deciding to buy Presenter 10 I would like to test its features. However, the installation fails complaining about a conflicting or prerelease version of Adobe Presenter 10 already existing on the computer. I can't find Presenter 10 anywhere (control panel or files. What do I need to do to get Presenter 10 installed (with a trial license) while keeping Presenter 9?

MP3 Files Play Well in PP – but not in Presenter

The company I work with is creating computer-based training programs using PowerPoint and Adobe Presenter. I create the presentations with PowerPoint, develop the animations, and record the sound tracks to go into the slides. The sound files are saved as MP3 files and inserted into the slides.

The sound files and animations play and work perfectly in PowerPoint. Slide shows may contain 25-35 slides each. When I am satisfied, I preview the entire presentation in Adobe Presenter. When I am sure the presentation plays well in Adobe Presenter, we publish the presentation in Adobe.

On several occasions, we have later wanted to revise a Presenter-published show. After opening the original PowerPoint presentation, we try the slides to ensure they still play well. Then, as before, we preview the slides in Adobe Presenter.

Often, the MP3 files that worked perfectly before now no longer play when previewed in Adobe Presenter. Sometimes it is only one or two MP3 files in a slide that do not play (i.e., one or two bullet items with sound). However, often it is most or all of the MP3 files placed in a slide that do not play. Remember, these MP3 files still play perfectly in PowerPoint but not in Adobe Presenter.

Our company computers are all PCs. We have had this trouble with Adobe Presenter using both Windows XP and Win7.

I have tried replacing some of the MP3 files that do not play in Adobe with the SAME MP3 files that were used before to make the original presentation. When replaced and the presentation is previewed and published in Adobe Presenter, these MP3 files DO PLAY well in Adobe again.

I am tired of having to replace these MP3 files for no apparent reason. Why would they work well in PowerPoint but not when previewed in Adobe Presenter? Also, it makes no sense that the MP3 files suddenly stop playing in Adobe but, after being replaced in PowerPoint with the same MP3 files, play again in Adobe. Can anyone help with a fix or workaround?

Presenter 10 Menu suddenly disappeared so I tried to remove and register again the MenuLauncher.dll COM AddIn.

Once I try to add this DLL again, via PowerPoint 2013 options, COM AddIns, it says it is not a valid PowerPoint AddIn.

Notes:

- I have opened PPT as Administrator...makes no difference;

- I have tried to open AdobePresenter10.exe and it says "Check if Adobe Presenter Add-In for Microsoft PowerPoint is enabled";

- I have tried to register this DLL via regsvr32 prompt command, it also doesn't work;

How to fix this?
