Installed extensions not showing windows>extensions pull down?

I have the latest photoshop CC installed, & extensions manager for CC. I cannot for the life of me understand why after installing Russell Brown's paper textures, & watercolor assistant extensions, they show installed in the exchange panel as installed, but not in the drop down window>extentions !

I have ran the extensions manager program & it says they are enabled! but no where to be seen with the PS CC window>extensions !

I;m trying to install some Photoshop extensions but Photoshop CS6 is not in the Product List in Extension Manager CS6.

Don't know if this is the right place to post, but I am looking for resources to help build extensions (plugins) for Photoshop Elements. Searched the web, but came up with nothing.

I have used Configurator to build extensions for Photoshop CS6 & CC, but can find anything on Elements.

i paid for, downloaded and intalled a program in adobe exchange...

now what?

i see it in "my stuff" but when i click on it, it takes me to the pay/download again.

The extention does not contain valid signature...".

I made .ZPX file. But during unpacking it shows an alert "The extention does not contain valid signature...". What can be reason and how to fix it?

In Dreamweaver CC don't see Exchange

When I click "Window > Extensions" I only get (Extensions Available) with the parens. When I click it nothing happens. I think I'm supposed to see Exchange in there. What's up?

Exchange and Kuler extensions unable to connect in fresh install of CC products

I just installed CC products yesterday (PS,ID,AI,PR,FL,DW,LR,AE,Exchange,and a few others). Upon successful download and install, nothing in the extensions panels will load. GRanted i only have Kuler and Exchange at the moment but, neither will connect in any product. The exchange product will connect seperatley but the extension will not. Below is a screen-cap of the window. Any suggestions? I have already checked that the "allow exchange to connect" button is checked in all applicable products.

Protect each pdf with unique password.

Hey,

Do you guys know how to protect each individual pdf file in a batch with a unique password, each intended for one user only? So for example Jenny Jones.pdf would have a password 6811 (last four digits of her SS#) and John Doe.pdf would get a password 6754. I have 360 users like that and three files for each, every month.

I'm not a developer but I learn as I go along. I'm in the middle of a project for my company's compensation statement distribution. We have a portal through which we can deliver each user their file but this is not a completely secure process because users tend to give same entitlements to their co-workers. I got the pdf to print from access database saving each pdf with a unique name but I can't password protect with a unique password for each user. And opening and typing in password for each user is not an option:)

Can anyone help? I would really appreciate it.
