Menu dropdown but working on specific pages?

HI,

I have a little issue that I can not find a solution to?

On my trial site; Home Page with Full Page Slider

There is one down menu for services. This menu works fine apart from on the about, services and news pages?

Can anyone suggest why this is not working? I think I have been looking at it for too long?

Product Large layout issue on mobiles

My products Large page is staggered on Mobiles and can not shop, but it is ok on normal browsers. Can some one help?

how to add reply to blog comments on a business catalyst site?

I have clients site blog set up with comments and comment approval is set up etc.

Is it standard for a blogger to be able to reply to comments?

If so where is the BC porvision for that?

How do I allow users to upload personal files through our website?

I am trying to allow the visitors the ability to upload images for a future contest we will be hosting. I am trying to build a submit form with personal fields (already got this done) along with a field they can upload 1 or 2 images. I want the form to send me an email with details along with image files. I have a BC webbasic+ account and I am using Muse for my web editing.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I have a large form with 159 inputs.

1) Can we modify webformresults as yet?

The output is very unprofessional.

2) Can we format the email sent for webformresults?

There is no formatting differentiation between the question and the answer at all. Even a different colour for the answer would be something!

is it possible to truncate the blog so 2 paragraphs show up?

I've edited to the Blog post details layout with this tag {tag_blogpostbodypreview} which truncates to show up the 1st paragraph, I'd like to be able to specify and show the first 2 paragraphs, is this possible?

ICE edit, in context editor not working?

I can't seem to activate the in context editor for the site newmovers.businesscatalyst.com. The 'Edit' button is there, and when I click it the link changes to /icecube but nothing else happens. I contacted BC's support team and was told "I suspect the reason why the edit button is not working is, you have custom code placed on the pages."

It works on my other sites, just not here.

Has anyone else had an issue like this? I wasn't aware everyone else was using non-custom code for their sites! Is it possible that I have some Javascript or other code that is disrupting?

Any help greatly appreciated!

How do I delete or hide a blog?

Adding Main Image for Blogs

I've posted my blog but for some reason the image used in the blog is not showing up as the main image when you go to the blog homepage. There is no image appearing actually. Also, on the home page footer there are my 3 most recent blogs that will take you to the blog page and the image is not showing up there either. I've never had this problem when posting. Am I missing a step?

Editable region - all pages change?

Hi,

I've made a template for some pages, but the customer has to change the image (in the header).

I've made an editable region, but when I edit an image of a page (not the template), all images of pages which are made with that template are changing.

How to force HTTPS on a page

We have registration forms and other pages that collect personal details from users who are registering for the site or submitting other transactions (other than shopping cart purchases). By default these pages are delivered using HTTP under the main website.

We need these pages to be secured using HTTPS. How can we force HTTPS on these pages?

Redirects from worldsecuresystems.com domains to primary domain

Folks,

A question about redirects from the original worldsecuresystems.com domains to another domain.

My website was set up 2 years ago (before the SEO improvements were released in early 2012). I'm in the process of migrating my website to a new domain (hosted seperately to my original domain). I've done all the redirects in the DNS so that is all cool, but now I've noticed that google has some of my original pages indexed to the original mulloon.worldsecuresystems.com domain.

I was thinking that I would just put in a wildcard redirect to push everything to my new domain, but:

a) am a little nervous about clobbering the admin interface. The notes for the redirect wildcard funcionality (http://www.businesscatalyst.com.au/_blog/BC_Blog/post/Upcoming_SEO_improvements/) mentions that the admin console will never be redirected, but I'm not sure whether that only applies to the magic that was being implemented for new websites or whether that applies to any redirect that I could put in place.

b) when I tested the wildcard functionality, it didn't seem to work....

An individual page redirect works just fine....eg:

source URL: /events_education/enquiry

dest URL: http://newdomain.com.au

enabled: TRUE

When I hit the original URL it redirects without a problem.

But when I try to use the wildcard I don't get any redirect...eg:

source URL: /events_education/enquiry/*

dest URL: http://newdomain.com.au

enabled: TRUE

Try hitting a page http://olddomain.com.au/otherenquiry hits the original page (which does still exist), rather than the new site. I just want all pages (except the admin console) to redirect to the home page of the new site.

Any thoughts?

I like to display news using an external rss feed. How is this best done in BC? From reading other forum posts it appears that it's typically done using Javascript. Can anyone recommend a jquery plugin that plays nicely with BC?
