RoboInfo Upgrade to Help X5

Good Morning, I have an intranet site on a corporate web
environment. There is a development server and 2 production
servers, load balanced. They are all virtual. There are 3
developers that use RoboInfo 5.0 but since Adobe has taken the
activation server offline we have decided to accept the RoboHelp X5
Office free upgrade. Since we do not have a test environment, I
would like to just publish the projects in Help X5 to our
production servers which currently have RoboEngine 2.0 installed.
Are there any known issues with RoboEngine when upgrade teh
publisher software from RI 5 to RoboHelp X5? AND does the
RoboEngine have settings for the publisher version number? If there
are errors when we do this, will we be able to re-publish the
projects back tot he server using a different PC with RoboInfo
still installed?

We have 13 different child projects, some are merged. We use
the RoboEngine software for searching across multiple childs.

Thanks for any help!

I've been using Robo for over 5 years. (I didn't even know I could
post questions to get help until about 30 minutes ago!)

I have a RoboInfo 5.0 Project that crashed last week. I was
able to delete the .cpd and reopen the project using the .hhp file.
Everything seemed to be fine - all the .htm files returned and were
in the correct folders. I noticed this morning that my baggage
folders are completely empty. I have hundreads of baggae files that
link throughout all 1000 topics of the project. There are over 50
people who contribute to this project so there is no master listing
of the baggage files for me to reference to remake them.

Can you help?

we are experiencing an issue with one project and it will not allow
us to even open specific project.

We are receiving a Microsoft C++ Runtime Library error - with
a description of Abnormal program termination. Does anyone know how
to correct this issue to get us back into this one specific
project. All other projects have no issues.
