I send my QuickBooks file between my home and office using Adobe sendnow and send. I upgraded my home computer which now runs on Windows 8 and my work computer is still using Windows XP. When I upgraded my computer at home it will not send my QuickBooks file but I can still send other large files, just not QuickBooks. Why is that?

One of the tabs on my online sendnow says recieved files, how do I send files to this? Is it secure?

Problem with SendNow not uploading files

I am having the same problem as a user earlier this year reported.

"Every time I connect and try to upload a file using Adobe Send Now, I get an error message stating that the file was not uploaded and to check my internet. Everything else is good, so I know I am connected. What's going on here??"

I've tried several different types of files (.pdf, .ppt. doc) and get the same message. The original file I was trying to send is 50mb .pdf. This is a home network and there have been no system changes. The utility was working just fine a couple of days ago when I send an considerably larger .ppt file.

I keep trying to upload PDF files to SendNow. No matter the size, I keep getting the error message "one or more files could not be uploaded". I specifically purchased this service so that I COULD send large files. I'm not sure what the problem is. Any gui

Adobe Send does not complete upload

I have made multiple attempts to upload and send a file. All have failed.

I am trying to send a 5.7 Gig mp4 file.

I have tried to do so on both a OSX and a Win7Pro 64 bit system both with different internet connections. Both give a file failed to upload when the file is 80% done. Interestingly I tried a 8.4 Gig version and had the same issue at about 90% uploaded so It does not seem to be the file size.

I got this service specifically for this purpose.

Sendme Now tells me the file is too large.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I like to cancel the account , how to do that?

Is there a way to save the files to an icloud account before send now changes.

Send does not show an archive of my activity on SendNow. I need to keep a record of the email addresses I've sent to and files I've sent. What is the best way to do this?

SendNow is being terminated, in favour of Send. At present, Send does not show an archive of my activity on SendNow. I need to keep a record of the email addresses I've sent to and files I've sent. Adobe Support tells me I'll have to do that "manually". Considering the extent of my use, this would be a very time consuming and laborious process. Is this the best customer service Adobe has to offer? Is there another way to retain an archive? Why can't these archives be transitioned to Send if I'm using the same user information?

Will the Odyssey software system used by many court clerks to make court records public accommodate Adobe Send?

Hi,

I frequently go to our local courthouse to review lawsuits via its Odyssey software system. When I want a copy of a particular case, Odyssey allows me to download the file to my Send Now account.

When Send Now is shut down, will Odyssey allow me and others to download files to an Adobe Send account? I'm concerned that it won't.

I send files from desktop Win 7, but want to see who has picked them up using iphone or ipad. I get the "non-supported browser" message. I use both Chrome and Safari on both units. Same message. This can't be true. This is 2013. Is Adobe still carrying on the anti-Apple wars of 1996?

I subscribed to the Adobe SendNow product thinking that I could pull pictures from our website (northtrailrv.com) which are JPG format and drag them into the Adobe SendNow program and send them. However, I can't get that to work so I am wondering if I need to switch to some other program you have in order to convert the files to PDF, drag them and then send them??? I have used Send Now on my primary computer for several years. I have 3 computers, one of which is a new HP. Now, when I try to login to my Adobe account, nothing happens. I use Send Now for some large documents and not having it work is very frustrating. I am having some real troubles with Comcast.net which may, or may not be a factor. Starting on Feb. 27 Comcast deletes all of my emails once they have been read. My computer expert came up with a way to use Outlook.com to capture those emails. I wonder if in coming up with that solution, the expert may have cause some Adobe access problems.

I have tried to send a 119 mb PDF file three times using an active Send Now account and no success. What am I doing wrong?
