Is there a way to send a previously Echosigned PDF back through Echosign?

We are trying to do this for a second round of signatures but it is essentially wiping out the first round of signatures when we upload it in.

Can a check box or radio button allow multiple selections in required field(s)?.

The initial selection would be required, however the ability to also select other choices in addition to the original selection. In my attempt to setup, I can select one field (required) but selecting an additional field "unchecked" the original field selected

Something like:

Option 1

Option 2

Option 3

Option 4

In the use case, both Option 1 and Option 3 could be selected.

I have been given a timesheet pdf to fill in.

It contains the option to send to someone for signing.

It does not allow me to save the form after I have filled it in.

I fill in all the fields, then I click Sign, and it says it is uploading the pdf. Then I am taken to Adobe EchoSign in my browser.

I fill in the email address, but when I click Preview, the form is empty.

If I go ahead and send it anyway, a blank form is sent to the recipient.

None of the data I entered has been saved.

Am I doing something wrong?

I am using a w-9 form to send out for esignatures. All other fields work appropriately however the esignature block ends up on a third page with nothing else on it and not in the space I place it over and over again. Any hints?

I currently have an EchoSign account for my personal email and a separate account for my part-time photography business. For my full-time job, I just received a request to my work address so I'm going to have to setup another account. Is there a way to link the accounts or have one account with multiple email addresses so all my documents are in one place?

I want to connect to the REST API from an AngularJS website to fetch data like how many un-signed agreements does the user have, but I can't do it through Javascript, because I get this error : no 'access-control-allow-origin' header is present on the requested resource echosign. Certified Documents are Un-Combinable?

We obtain Electronic Signatures from Doctors for the purpose of sending them in a combined PDF to the State Medicaid. However these "Certified" PDFs uncombinable.

We're using Adobe Acrobat to combine these files and the specific error we receive is, "Certified documents cannot be merged.".

These PDFs can still be secure and combinable. It indicates that this document cannot be modified and would not like not modify it, but would like to combine it into a larger PDF file.

Right now, we are by default internet explorer Acrobat Preferences to not open PDFs in Browser and then saving them as TIFFs and merging those.

Any work-around to ensure that the PDF signature attributes remain intact when needing to combine these documents?

After re-setting 3x I can't log into this account. There are two ways to login on this page: https://secure.echosign.com/public/login

Using either, it doesn't work. BUT One gives me a message that I am "locked out". So this may be a clue?

There are also two password resetting methods, with resetting links from two different Adobe email accounts, just FYI

Since there is no support email, can someone minimally get me in there so I can get my copies of my docs?

I propare property reports which get sent to a tenant and they will thensign digitally - this fine and I can see how echosign works for this.

Hi,

I am looking to use Echosign for insurance application forms. So, I need to see if I can have dependent fields. So, if a tick box is answered "Yes" then another field is required to have an answer also.
Is this possible?

Also, for someone completing two sets of medical questions, on one form - can I assign fields to each person in the same way I can with the signature?

EchoSign Getting Stuck

I have a couple of users who are using iPads to generate agreements out of Salesforce (the site using Safari rather than Salesforce1). Fairly regularly, Echosign gets "stuck" on the progress bar screen at "Preparing Document...Please wait". However, when using a desktop or notebook, they don't encounter this issue. Any ideas?

I would like to be able to rotate a previously measured area. I can change everything else about the measures are --even copy easily from one location to another but would love to have the function of being able to rotate. I imagine any solution for this would also work with comments. any ideas

Hello all I am new here so go easy! We are currently playing around with a few company's who offer online document signing I really like how easy echosign is to manage and the way it creates the widgets but I have a few issues which I would love some help with.

So I am creating the form in acrobat pro XI then opening it in echosign to convert to a widget all is good on this part but when I embed the Java into my website the form displays smaller than it should be this then means the user has to use the zoom function which cuts off the viewable page this wouldn't be so bad but when you move the form to see which box to enter information the form jumps up. it's really not very user friendly for users filling in the form, the ability to resize the widget would solve this problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am doing my first steps in EchoSign as a developer of a prototype

I have a WinForm application using SOAP API last version (19)

I build a wrapper of ProtoEchoSign.EchoSignDocumentService.EchoSignDocumentService19PortTypeClient

I found the following matter on your website:-

Associate AEM with EchoSign account Perform the following steps to add the API key to AEM Cloud Services and connect AEM forms with EchoSign servers: Log in to your AEM instance as an administrator. Go to Cloud Services > Adobe EchoSign. Click Configure now. In the Create Configuration dialog box, specify Name and Title. Click Create. In the API Key field, specify the API key procured earlier. Enable the Sign attachments check-box. Click Connect to EchoSign and click OK. Your EchoSign service is configured successfully. Now, you can use the service in your forms.
I already have a free-trial adobe account,

Do all signatories of the document need to have a EchoSign user license? Or just that 1 person that sends out the document for signature?

Also, how many documents are allowed in the EchoSign Pro plan?

We have a form that requires the employee to sign and the supervisor. The employee and the supervisor are often at 2 different locations. We want to use formscentral for the form. We would like the form to go to the supervisor for their signature before it comes to our department. Does echosign have a solution for form and signature process flow?

Acrobat pro has the possibility to protect files and prevent users with access to the document to print or copie text of a document (different than a password to open a pdf file), if i want to use echosign to get aproval of the doccument it no longer possible to maintain the copy/print restriction for all non-signers users? i've been trying in different ways and when i upload a protected pdf on echosign at the end the file loses is initial proctection policies (Copy or print) and obviously if i try to protecte it once is signed its not possible

Can we get a submit button on an Adobe form that allows it to be delivered directly to my EchoSign account. This would be similar to my Archived documents email link. The idea being that paperwork can be channel to any user to send or manage from the manage page, possibly under waiting for me.

During mega sign from a spread sheet the prefill categories are not auto populating.
