Illustrator CC doesn't see my Adobe ID

When I am in Illustrator CC and I go to Kuler it says I need an Adobe ID, I have one, and I am logged in, but it still doesn't recognize me through Illustrator. Is there a way to tell it to?

I'd like to import my image and colour spectrum in to a document together. Is this possible or is the purpose of the programme just to give you different colour spectrums to use across Adobe Software?

Exporting as REC 709

Alright, I'm not sure if this is a common question.

But I wanted to edit my media while looking at my footage as REC 709 for Color Correction purposes.

I know I can change my monitor view from settings to set as REC 709,

But how does one export as REC 709 using any Codec and Wrapper?

I only know that Avid's DNxHD can export in 709 gamma,

But is there a way to export in H264 with 709?

How do you do so in Premiere Pro?

Why is there not more print color as black box? How do I do this now? I am not interested in gray scale. I just want to make gray lines and colored lines black

I'm working on a corporate training manual that will have (9) sections and I'd like a contrasting color for each. When I try to use Adobe Color it will only show a maximum of (5).

These colors will be used for Page Numbers, Topic Headlines and Subheads.

Any ideas?

Hi Guyz,

I hope someone can hlp me with this. I'm quite new to premiere pro, used it for only 2 years.... Still a beginner. Can you actually add 'live' key frames to the 'Fast Color Corrector' while you are playing the footage and constantly changing the colours by moving the colour selector thingy . So that I would get a constant change of mixed colours effects. TQ in advance.

Successfully using the Adobe Color iOS App and on web and mainly on Mac as well - apart from Indesign - I'm able to add colours to swatches panel but NOT direct to Adobe Colour in order to access theme from other CC Apps/devices - any suggestions for how I can solve this? When I open the Color Themes panel in Illustrator CC (2014.1.0 Release), and click the "refresh" button, it only pulls in the themes I had saved on the web back when it was "Kuler." No new themes that I make (that show up on the web under "My Themes") sync with Illustrator. How do I get the new themes to sync?

(I've already logged in & out, restarted the programs and the computer, to no avail.)

How do i get themes into Kruler? Mine is empty. My CS6 book (from school) says go to Window>Extensions>Kruler... However, I have CC at home. I saw below that it was suggested to go to Windows>Color Themes (I have no "Color Themes" as an option). I do have Window>Kruler but when I select it is empty/not active.

Is there a way to increase the number of colors?

Why is Kuler based on the historic color circle, rather than the digital color circle? If the specs for the colors are designed for digital production, doesn't it make more sense to use a more compatible description of color schemes and harmonies? If the majority of your clients are involved with digital production, why not update the color theory aspects of Kuler, as well?

In digital color theory, the subtractive primaries are CMY. The complement for C = Red; for M = Green; for Y = Blue. This also impacts most of the other color harmonies (triadic, split complementary, tetradic). In my intro Digital Color Theory class, it can confuse my students when the information in Illustrator and Kuler contradict the information that is current for digital systems. Is there a chance that this issue will be addressed in Kuler in the future?

It worked the first time I connected but despite many quits out of Ai and reopening to prompt it to refresh with new color schemes on my website version, it is not updating. Any suggestions as to why this might be the case?

Please help, this is so frustrating. I;m trying to use adobe kuler, but I have not found a way to make it useful other than to Facebook the darn swatches!!

It does not open as an .ase file in Adobe Illustrator. I even opened the Illustrator extension and tried to look for my swatches (which are public) to no avail.

Will someone please help??? I really am terribly frustrated. Kuler also will not match Pantone.

Maybe I just need to be pointed to a tutorial that explains what the dickens this program is actually for????!!!!!!

Hi Does anyone know how to send colour swatches TO kuler from illustrator and photoshop. I can send from Kuler to these applications fine. But am yet to discover a way to send a swatch I have made in say illustrator up to the the Kuler app. Im probably missing something real obvious, any help would be greatly appreciated ;-)

The only information I have received form the adobe discussions is to use the kuler panel under window but kuler panel is not there. What is the problem?

Kuler is great for quick inspiration however, it would be even better for creating advanced color pallets for things like data visualizations. I've never worked for anybody, from startup to mega corporations, that only had five colors. It seems like there would be more a of a demand for this type of functionality. I know the issue has been brought up before and the answer was lacking a real solution. What's the progress on having the ability to add more than 5 colors? Pretty please!

my kuler panel says:

but when i go to the website my color palettes show.

have tried syncing, closing reopening, disconnecting and reconnecting. nothing worked.
