adobe wont process my order

When I try to purchase, I get the following message

We're sorry, but we're having trouble processing your order. Please come back and try again later or call us at +1 800-585-0774.

I have tried multiple browsers and cards over multiple days and nothing works! Any idea what's going on?

It's obviously easy to design a form requesting credit card #, exp date, and security code...

But is is the right hing to do?

I would be perfectly happy having the respondent send me their credit card info to allow me to manually key it into my business termial here in my store rather than using PayPal.

But how secure would this be?

I have an Adobe form created that is currently accepting registration for an event at $10 per registratant. It's working fine with Pay Pal right now. I need to add an option of collecting a flat donation with the registration. If the person chooses to add a donation I want it to total both the total registration costs plus their donation amount. Is this possible?

Recording form information before paypal processed

People can click out of the paypal payment part and the form has already been submitted. Is there a way to not record the form until the payment has been completed through PayPal? I have people who will go in and select products, then proceed to check out, then click out. I end up with like 10 orders for them and only 1 payment.

My form is set up to allow customers to pay using PayPal, by check or by deduction from pre-paid account. When choosing to pay by check/deduction, I would like the "Submit" button to show up at the bottom instead of the "Proceed to Checkout". If paying by PayPal, I still want the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Is this possible? Everything is working fine, we're just having trouble with folks who are paying by check (or having amount deducted from their pre-paid account) shying away from clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" when they have indicated payment by check or pre-paid account deduction.

Saw this in another similiar posting that has been closed but I saw no solution. Same question I am asking above.

So last month my PayPal Mastercard debit card that I used to make payments was used to make unauthorized charges. So I advised PayPal and ot a new card. Today, I tried to update my payment info to the new card and the card was rejected due "Card type not accepted." Really? It's the same card that I was using, just a new number.

Of course I tried customer service chat but that was a waste of time. The guy never really read what I wrote and wanted to send me the link... When I explained I already tried that and that wasn't the problem... he gave me a phone number to call.... I asked if they were open today... after a long pause he said they were only open 5 days a week. Not today.

So... what happens when my account tries to renew and the card doesn't work?

I'm trying to set a price for a purchase field so I want to select 'fixed' then add the value but it is stuck on 'user input' and when I try to select the 'fixed' the following message is returned 'The selected price type is not valid for the purchase field. The changes will be reverted' why is this happening? How can I add the values to my items?

I have a request from Worldpay (the payment gateway for my site) which I have narrowed down to the following question

- If BC uses XML requests then does it point to https://secure.worldpay.com/isp/merchant/xml/paymentService.isp The assumption is that it does as this has been a planned upgrade for a while and most software providers should already have updated but can anyone confirm if this is the case

I know Paypal don't support e-check payments unless the customer have an account with them to transfer funds.

There is any way ACH Direct will be supported? They do process payments via Credit Cards or E-check.

Also i tried to setup the form to do Mail payment instead of going thru paypal and it doesnt work. The form still goes thru Paypal because the field of the payment is greater than $0.

The help setting ths is very vague ad not very helpful. It would be nice if a tutorial is created.

I'm trying to create a form that gives the option of the customer to fill out the form and send a check or to submit their payment through PayPal. The way it is now, the only option they have to submit the form is to go to checkout where their information is then submitted. Is there anyway that the information can be submitted without proceeding to the checkout? I would like to know what orders are coming even if they are paying by check. I guess what I'm asking is if there can be a SUBMIT button and a PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.

What if my "product" is access to a form on FormsCentral, a self-assessment for bank tellers to test their readiness for the job, for example. Can the bank pre-pay 150 of these self-assessments and then give a passcode or other token or method to 150 people so they gain access to one copy each of these self-assessments on FormsCentral?

How would that be set up in this Forms/Central+PayPal environment?

I have a web based form set up and the link to paypal stopped working. When I go into the administration side of adobe form central it says the email address was not verified with paypal. I checked with paypal and they show that everything is ok. I am at a loss.

hi,

i have created a new form thet include some payments. I've have configured all paypal options. Paypal button compare in the end of the form.

The problem is the when you click on the button to pay, paypal page isn't load. It copare a test that sais to wait...and wait...and wait....But the redirect to paypal page doesn't work.

I have just created some forms with paypal payments and i have never had problems.

I currently have a form with PayPal set up as payment processing. The account is properly set up. I currently have the form linked, but since these individuals are using corporate credit cards, the information they put in the form fields may not be the same as what should be used for their credit card in PayPal.

Can the address fields be unlinked when using PayPal to process credit cards so they are not automatically populated in PayPal from the forms? How do I do this?

Seems to be some kind of scripting error - I can see the top of the Assign button, but the bottom of the page is hidden by a plain white layer, and it won't scroll. I restarted, and tried in both Explorer and Chrome. No change. Other sites are working fine. Please help.

Hi we have people that attend events that do not like to pay online they pat at the door - so they are not completing the registration form so we are getting emails for RSVPs as well as form data so this has created more of an issue for us than solved our registration process.

I have a form where I require a field to meet a condition based on the value of another field. If the condition is not met, the user should not be allowed to submit the form. This is required so we can avoid processing payment on submissions that do not meet the criteria. I tried hiding required fields when the conditions are not met, but the form simply ignores hidden required fields and allows the submission anyway, and even if that worked, it would be confusing. I can hide the payment options to avoid processing, but that too would leave us with confused customers. Is there any way to disable submission?

I would like to know if it's possible to integrate a dutch payment system in adobe form central. This system called Ideal. Ideal uses different Payment Service Providers in The Netherlands.

Paypal and creditcards are not regular payment methods in The Netherlands for these small amounts.

I have a form where we solicit donations and sometimes we receive reponses via our snail mail system as well with the Credit card info. Our team enters all the info into the online form, so we have a single repository of all data but when it comes to processing the data via PayPal most donors dont include the 3 digit CSC code. Is there a way to bypass the CSC check on PayPal?

Conference Registrants are having problems completing the registration form. I'm getting an error message at the bottom of page 1 of my registration page. This does not allow me to proceed to page 2 and then make a payment to Paypal.

I have a PayPal account I am trying to use with formscentral. It is a confirmed business account to which two (2) email address are associated. I want to use the second email address as it is the more professionally sounding one (e.g. sales@companydomain.org vs. snooki-poo@somecommondomain.com -- you get the idea).

Anyway, when I go to "register" the addrees on the Payment Porcessing screen, it takes me to PayPal, I log in, give permission -- it then returns me back to formscentral and gives me the message: "You have completed the registration process at PayPal with an email other than the one you entered here. If you would like to register the original address, you will need complete the registration process again."

What the heck does that mean?

I am not sure what to do... so I then go back to the Payment Processing screen and click the "Register Account" button again (I have to imagine that that is "complete the registration process again" means). I am then taken through the sames steps that I mentioned above and when I come to the end of the process, you guessed it, I get the message: "You have completed the registration process at PayPal with an email other than the one you entered here. If you would like to register the original address, you will need complete the registration process again."

Thus, again, I ask: "What the heck does that mean?"

Can anyone shed some light on this frustrating scenario for me? And yes, I know I can go back to using my more common PayPal address rather than my more formal one, but it is almost besides the point: This should work and it isn't.

I need to enable New Zealand currency as an option for the PayPal payments.

The PayPal account is Australian, but we are doing a seminar in New Zealand and need to have the form amounts charge in New Zealand dollars to our PayPal.

Our PayPal account has both Australian and New Zealand currencies set up but we cannot seem to get the amounts to come out as NZD. It always charges as AUD.

This is really one for the ideas section.

In addition to the multiple fields on one line suggestion.
I know a fully blown shopping cart is not going to happen here as Randy has already mentioned but even some basic functionality would go a long way to providing a basic "in-form" alternative.

It would involve being able to have "total" fields that would for example add or multiple or subtract the totals of other cells in which data has been entered and would really need the multiple fields in place to be effective.

For example - a basic widgets form... maybe not so basic but shows some potentiality.

Column B would require a new text field type that is unchangeable by the user that reads as a number.

Column E would multiply the price in B with the quantity in C

Column F might for example look at the quantity in C and calculate a 10% discount if 5 of more widgets of a particular type have been ordered

Column G would take the total in E & subtract the discount in F

The totals would add up the entries in all the above data

If someone had a second page of items, the top of the second page might have a cell option which is equal to the total of the previous page (ie let this cell=that cell)

At some point we would be able to determine what data show up on the paypal receipt and which cell has the final total for the Paypal payment.

While it doesn't have the full add to cart functionality, within the form it would do the same thing.

Fully blown shopping carts tend to be expensive & for those of us that don't need/can't afford one for what we do, this would go a long way to providing a good alternative.

To be honest I'd pay extra for this kind of thing. Adobe's doing some amazing things with the like of FormCentral,SendNow,EchoSign etc - I'd really like to see this addition considered.
