Can't enable a Prosite with my CC photography Suscription?

Hi friends, I have a monthly Photography plan (Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom mobile), all is fine but I can't enable a Prosite from behance, always request me for aditional plans, it is ok? or I have a Prosite with my CC Suscription?

If I build my Prosite website with the membership that my agency is paying, Do I lose the site if they stop paying?

Hi!

I joined Adobe.com years ago with a different email address than I used at behance. As I'm on a full CC plan and my prosite.com membership needs to be renewed within 5 days I'd like to know how can I merge behance and adobe accounts? Prosite is included in full CC plan afaik.

Do I have to login to adobe with my behance (prosite) email and just change it to my email I signed up with at adobe.com? Will prosite.com then notice my full CC membership?

Please advice.

Hello,

I am fairly new on Behance and I am a student of Graphic Design and Illustration. I am attempting to clean up my portfolios on all of the portfolio sites that I have. I have quite a few projects on Behance and my other portfolio sites that still need refinement. Would you recommend that I remove the projects that need to be refined so that I can make my Prosite portfolio look more professional?

I just published my Pro-Site last Friday and am having trouble getting my custom domain to work. I must have done something wrong, because when you go to KellyAngelovic.com, it points to Prosite.com, instead of my personal portfolio (kellyangelovic.prosite.com). Can anyone help????

The mobile Behance Creative Portfolio works fine on my iOS 8 devices, except for Vimeo hosted video. To have the videos play on the desktop Behance and Prosite, I just tell Vimeo that I give permission to those sites. What do I put down as the url for the mobile app?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to turn off/disable Behance on Creative Cloud. I never use it, I never plan on using it, and I would rather just have it disabled. My computer is constantly linked to it and I would really prefer to have it unlinked. Is there any way to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

hi guys, i have the same problem. from the time i cannot access to my behance portfolio, when i log in, adobe id gets me to create a new portfolio right from the start when I already have one uploeded with my work. I am an existing Behance account holder.

I recently started a new job, where they give me access to a personal Macbook & Adobe cc account.

I want to link my existing Behance profile to my new Adobe CC account.

Is this even possible - If so how to I connect them ?

It would not be beneficial to create a new Behance profile.

For the past couple of days i've been getting either a blank page or a 'corrupted' page where everything is messed up and out of place, I've been searching on the internet for any answers or people with the same problem, but with no luck so far. I've tried everything I can think of but I am now out of options, what should I do?

I am having this problem on Google Chrome, Safari & Firefox, I tried it on Mac & Win7 64bits, both with the same result, turned off all extensions to my browsers.

Two years ago I deleted my then account on Behance. Around a year later, I signed up once again but ended up deleting this account as well.

Today, whenever I log into the Creative Cloud-app for Mac I'm receiving an old request to co-own a project by one of my previous contacts on Behance. I press "reject" every time, but the request still comes back. How do I permanently remove this request?

Hi,

i understand that Behance is now part of CreativeCloud, which i subscribed to since November 2013.
However on the 20th of February 2014 Behance billed 99 $ on my Credit Card.
Now i want to find the receipt for that payment for my tax,

but it is nowhere to be found. Behance Support leads me in cycles, telling me where to find an overview of my (CC) subscriptions and billing history,

which i find, only it doesn't mention any payments to Behance...

So, where exactly can i find a receipt for that payment?
(and why was it billed anyway when Behance is part of CC??)

I am going to do my portfolio on prosite...its cool.

I have an adobe account, the free one, and after 30 days i think its going to dissapear...What happen next? If i do my web with my own domain, its going to dissapear, or they are going to tell me that i have to pay to keep the web page??

Haven't updated my Behance portfolio for ages but when i did try and login found I couldn't. My old account was created under a different email address to my adobe ID. When i first got Creative Cloud I couldn't use my old Behance account as it said the name was already taken so I had to make a new one. I would like to link my old account with my Adobe ID. I don't want to create a new account as I already have a lot of work,followers etc on my old account and want to continue with the work already done on building my profile. Can you resolve this issue for me?

I'm currently uploading my works in behance, but suddenly it says the server have some problem, and now i can't log in. the page keeps refreshing nonstop. Is there a problem with Behance Server?

My behance and creative cloud accounts seem to sort have become unlinked.

Hi there,

At one point when I clicked Community I was able to view my Behance feed as normal and upload work etc. It no longer seems to do that.

I have no profile, work, friends, etc....

I triple checked on both behance and adobe's end that the account are in fact linked correctly, and they are. and stranger so when I click "view profile" it DOES bring me to my behance profile. See below.

I also keep getting one single "request" to which I reject but it pops up quite often.

Ideas?

Few years ago, Key Business had a Prosite created with the username of claudio@keybusiness.com. Then, we decided not to renew the subscription and our Prosite went off.

However, few months ago we suscribed to the Adobe "Complete" pack for business with the username of laura@keybusiness.com. This pack includes a free Prosite.

Then, I would like to know if it is possible to reactivate the previous Prosite created with the username: claudio@keybusiness.com.

I have had a Behance account for awhile and had several projects listed there. I must not have done something right when you were bought by Adobe and recently when I tried to log in, it made me choose a new password, etc. Now it seems that I have a new Behance profile and it doesn't show the projects that should be there.

This is the profile name I had and would like to keep - if necessary to move the projects to the new profile I guess that's alright. I did just purchase the monthly Adobe CC programs, etc.

I used to be able to organized my projects by just dragging them into place. Now, I've dragged a project I want to be seen first to the 1st spot and when I reload, it goes riiiiiight back to where it was.

Also, the prosite is giving me a lot of trouble. I have a custom page that I'm trying to rearrange and I'm unable to. It keeps giving me a "java script error" even if I revert to original HTML.

Any help with this will be great.

Hi everyone,

I'm kind of new at Behance and i started to create my collections about CGI works.

The problem is i can't customize "My Collections" page. For example i want to move a Collection List to UP or DOWN by CLICK and DRAG. But it doesn't let me do it. It could be great to modify the lists that easily.

Also inside a collection list, maybe i can try to move Projects around.

SO; is there a chance to do it, or all the collections stay like i created them?

Even after enabling adobe.com and adobelogin.com in the list of exceptions for sites that can set third party cookies, I still cannot log in to behance.net. Using Chrome Version 37.0.2062.120 and Mac OSX 10.9.4.

I've just started my account with Behance and its already a complete mess. So, does Behance suck? Should I even bother?

I ask because since trying to use it since last night, I've discovered:

1. I cannot use pdf files. When I use the share on behance option, I get a: There was a problem with your request, please refresh the page and try again.

But, its a pop out window with no ability to refresh. I then use a pdf to jpg converter and then try to upload...now, the file is too big for Behance, so I lower the quality of the file and finally its unloaded. Okay, far from the quality of my pdf.

2. Trying to upload a picture for my profile and exceeding the file size (again). I then reduce file size of the picture and am now on the cropping page of Behance. I try to crop my picture and now get: "image failed to crop, please try again later."

Like, trying again later is going to change something?

This is already a complete pain in the neck and Im not sure I want to continue with this.

Please let me know if using Behance is more beneficial than frustrating.

Hi i'm currently trying to change my email adress for Behance. I got send to the adobe login / change page, but i cannot change my adress there as it always says: "Your account changes couldn't be saved.".... at one point i got a message saying my adress is unverified, but i was never able to get the confirmation email (even after clicking several times on resend confirmation mail)....

I also contacted adobe support via chat which were not able to help.

Is there anyone here that might be able to help me change 1 ******* email adress, this should not be so utterly complicated !!!! THX !!!

Hello, I did a one year subscription of "Creative Cloud" and I can not activate my "Prosite".

When I want to activate the window with me arises payment plans.

I have understood that Prosite is included in Creative Cloud, I had an account on Behance.

In my application of Creative Cloud desktop, I can see my Behance profile, then I guess there are no problems Adobe ID and Behance.

I made inquiries on the support site and got no answers, also made several calls to Adobe corresponding to my country, and nobody answers me.

I'm from Argentina.

Please I need to activate my Prosite.

doesn't work. I delete then reinstall the app and restart the phone, but it is the same. It is as i'm still connected because I recieve popup from beahnce on the phone, but i cannot

I just upgraded to Adobe creative cloud. Previously I had an existing Adobe ID and a separate Behance account. When I updated to Creative Cloud, it sent me a Behance invite. How can I migrate my existing Behance account?

Behance will not save my work why? Every time I go to save it tells me it can't fulfill that request and to refresh page which then I lose all my work, please help.

i linked the two emails and profiles but now i can access only the old one and it's empty.

hi, I've been using behance for quite sometimes and i didn't face any problem before until the update of behance app in iPhone , when it started to change to use adobe creative cloud account.

Until now I've no idea why can't u sign in by using my iPhone app, and yet the same account can be sign in when i was using mac. i wish to get the solution.
