Please start all threads with the edition and version of RoboHelp and the version of Word you are using.
If you join a thread because you have the same problem, please state the edition and version you are using.
Examples:
RoboHelp HTML Version 8 - Word 2007
OR
RoboHelp for Word Version 8 - Word
OR
TCS 2 - Word
