You can allow other users to receive email notification when a response is received by sharing the form file with them and having them turn on the email notification option.

Note: notifications are a paid only feature, they are not available with a free account.

• Share the form file with the users you would like to receive notifications. You can do this using the "Share" button in the lower left corner and selecting "Add Collaborators."

• Type in the email addresses of the users you want to share the file, set their roles, custom the message and click "Share". NOTE: Any role (co-author, contributor or reader) can turn on email notifications. The users you share the file with do not need to have a paid account to enable notifications, just free accounts.

• The users you shared the form file with should open it and go to the "Options" tab. They can then turn turn on email notifications and optionally include the data summary just like you did.
