How do I allow others to receive email notifications when responses are received?

You can allow other users to receive email notification when a response is received by sharing the form file with them and turning on email notifications for them.

Note: notifications are a paid only feature, they are not available with a free account.

• Share the form file with the users you would like to receive notifications. You can do this using the "Share" button in the lower left corner and selecting "Add Collaborators."

• Type in the email addresses of the users you want to share the file, set their roles, custom the message and click "Share". NOTE: Any role (co-author, contributor or reader) can turn on email notifications. The users you share the file with do not need to have a paid account to enable notifications, just free accounts.

• Make sure the users who you have shared the form file with have verified their email address and can access the form file.
• You can turn on/off email notifications for a person by selecting the To: drop down. Check the email addresses of users who you want to receive email notifications.
