Yes. Adobe ExportPDF uses optical character recognition (OCR) technology to turn scanned images into digital text, which is then saved as editable text in your new Word document. You may also select the language you would like ExportPDF to recognize text in--English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Japanese.
