Please follow these steps:
1. Sign into FormsCentral and choose the Account Menu (the silhouette head icon) in the upper right. Choose "My Subscriptions".
2. If prompted, sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
3a. If prompted, on the Store Selector page, please choose your country (for example, USA) and the "Personal and Professional Use" store.
3b. If not on the Subscriptions page at this point, from the "Welcome, UserName" menu in the upper right next to "My Cart" choose "My Products and Services":
4. Find FormsCentral in your list of subscriptions and select it.
5. Under Subscription Info > Renewal Status, choose "Edit"
6. Change your auto-renewal status from "On" to "Off" and then choose "Save"
7. Under Subscription Info, you will see a confirmation that your auto-renewal status is now off. If you wish to turn it back on, repeat these steps and choose "On" in Step 5.
