To upgrade from any less functional Acrobat service (for example, FormsCentral Basic Monthly) to any more functional Acrobat service (for example, FormsCentral Plus Annual), please follow these steps:
- Log into your Acrobat service (for example, FormsCentral) and choose the Account Menu (the silloutte head in the upper right). Then choose "My Subscriptions".

- You may be prompted to log in again. (If you are also prompted to choose your Country and Store, choose your country and "Adobe Store - for home or home office".)
- Click on the name of your less-functional subscription. For example, FormsCentral Basic.

- Next to "Subscription Level", choose "Edit".

- In the Subscription pull-down menu, select the more-functional subscription. For example, FormsCentral Plus. Choose "Save".

- Accept the new Terms and Conditions for your new more functional subscription. Check "I have read...". Choose "Continue".

- Review the summary of your upgrade. You will likely receive a credit for your unused portion of your old less functional subscription and a new charge for your new more functional subscription.

- You will see a summary of your completed upgrade.

- You may now log back into FormsCentral to take advantage of your new functionality.
