How can I upgrade from a less functional service (e.g. FormsCentral Basic) to a more functional service (e.g. FormsCentral Plus)?

To upgrade from any less functional Acrobat service (for example, FormsCentral Basic Monthly) to any more functional Acrobat service (for example, FormsCentral Plus Annual), please follow these steps:

1. Log into your Acrobat service (for example, FormsCentral) and choose the Account Menu (the silloutte head in the upper right). Then choose "My Subscriptions".
   
2. You may be prompted to log in again. (If you are also prompted to choose your Country and Store, choose your country and "Adobe Store - for home or home office".)
3. Click on the name of your less-functional subscription. For example, FormsCentral Basic.
   
4. Next to "Subscription Level", choose "Edit".
   
5. In the Subscription pull-down menu, select the more-functional subscription. For example, FormsCentral Plus. Choose "Save".
   
6. Accept the new Terms and Conditions for your new more functional subscription. Check "I have read...". Choose "Continue".
   
7. Review the summary of your upgrade. You will likely receive a credit for your unused portion of your old less functional subscription and a new charge for your new more functional subscription.
   
8. You will see a summary of your completed upgrade.
   
9. You may now log back into FormsCentral to take advantage of your new functionality.
