There are several reasons why your account still might be showing as free even though you purchased a paid FormsCentral plan:
- If you have the FormsCentral application running while you are purchasing the product you will need to Sign Out of FormsCentral (head icon in upper-right corner) and sign back in to see your upgraded account. In some cases it may take a few minutes for the Adobe store to communicate the purchase to the FormsCentral servers. If it doesn't work the first time, give it a few minutes and then sign out and sign back in again.
- Make sure the Adobe ID (email address) you used to purchase the product is the exact same one you used to sign into FormsCentral. Your access to the service is based on the Adobe ID (email address) – if they don't match your original free account won't be upgraded.
- The Adobe store may not be able to process your credit card for some reason. Go to your subscription manager on My Adobe and confirm that you have an active subscription to the FormsCentral service.
- If another person who has a free account has shared a form with you then that form will not be “upgraded” with your paid account. Features of a form file are determined by the author’s account level – only the forms you create will have the paid features enabled. In this case, the other person would need to upgrade their account.
