How to turn off “Unable to Sync Files” or “Unable to Connect” messages from Creative Cloud Connection desktop sync app
1. Quit Creative Cloud Connection if its running. Go to the Mac Main menu, select the Creative Cloud Icon and select “Quit the Creative Cloud Connection”
Alternately, you can also force quit Creative Cloud Connection by using the Mac OS Activity Monitor app (/Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor)
2. Quit System Preferences. Go To Apple Menu > System Preferences > Quit System Preferences.
Creative Cloud Connection preferences are in the Mac OS System Preferences. Quit System Preferences before uninstalling.
