How to turn off “Unable to Sync Files” or “Unable to Connect” messages from Creative Cloud Connection desktop sync app
1. Quit Creative Cloud Connection if its running. Click on the Creative Cloud icon in your Mac Menu Bar and select “Quit Creative Cloud Connection”
Alternately, you can force quit Creative Cloud Connection by using the Mac OS Activity Monitor app (/Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor)
2. Quit System Preferences. If the Mac OS System Preferences are open you need to go to the Apple Menu > System Preferences > Quit System Preferences.
