Download, Save or Print your form

Version 15

This article covers how to "Print" your filled Adobe Fill & Sign form as well as how to "Download" or "Save" the form as a PDF.

    Save:

Fill & Sign "auto-saves" changes as you fill out your forms so you do not have to "save changes".  Save could mean two things, saving changes you make as you fill out the form (auto-save), or saving the form as a PDF onto your computer or in the cloud so you can do something with it (email, share, submit etc).  Since Fill & Sign changes are saved automatically, there is no need to "save changes".  When you are finished filling out and signing the form and you want to "download" the form as a PDF follow the steps in the "Download" section below

    Download:

First a quick explanation of the "file type" your form is stored as in the Document Cloud so when this FAQ talks about the form being converted to PDF it makes sense...  Regardless of what type of file your form started as it is stored in the Document Cloud as a ".form" file and you can open that .form file and continue to add/edit fields anytime.  When you are ready to do something with the form such as Send, Email, share etc the form and can be downloaded to your computer or saved back to the Document Cloud Files.  When you "Download" or "Save" the form it is downloaded/saved as a PDF.  The process is simple and regardless which method you use below the results are the same.  There are a few places in the Document Cloud you can download the form from:
