If you're an Adobe Send customer, you may have opted to let your subscription automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you would like to turn off auto-renew (and let your subscription come to an end after the current billing cycle), please follow these steps:
1. Go to Adobe's home page at www.adobe.com
2. In the upper-right corner, click "Sign In" and use your Adobe ID to sign into your account.
3. You should now see the My Adobe page, where you can see all of your subscriptions and products that have been registered using your Adobe ID. If your Adobe Send subscription is visible under "My subscriptions", click the "Manage" link next to the product name. If not, click the "View All" link and find your subscription there.
4. You'll be taken to a page where you can view details of your Adobe Send subscription, including billing information and subscription status. Click “edit” in the renewal status row to change the auto-renew settings for your subscription.
Once you've turned off auto-renewal, your account will be returned to the basic (free) level at the end of the current billing period for which you have paid.
