How to add a screenshot to a forum message from your iPad/iPhone

The Adobe forums do not accept email attachments.  If you want to add a screenshot to a forum message, you need to sign in via a web browser and add the screenshot using the forum message editor.

Note: Tap/click images below to enlarge and see more details.  (Jive scales thumbnail images badly and makes them appear blurry on any web page.)

  1. Open a web browser (e.g. Safari) on your iPad/iPhone.
  2. Go to an Adobe forum (e.g. Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad).
  3. Sign in (if you haven't already).
  4. Create a new discussion or reply to an existing message.
  5. Tap the Image icon in the editor toolbar.

I searched on every forum on internet and eventually end up fixing this by capturing a full webpage on your iPhone is a breeze! Here's how to take a scrolling screenshot:-

1. Take the Initial Screenshot:-

  • For iPhones with Face ID:- Quickly press and release the side button and volume up button at the same time.
  • For iPhones with a Home button:- Quickly press and release the side button and the Home button at the same time.

A thumbnail of the screenshot will appear in the bottom left corner.

2. Capture the Full Page:- Tap the screenshot thumbnail before it disappears.
3. Access Full Page Option:- In the preview window, you'll see options at the top. Look for "Full Page" in the top right corner.
4. Expand and Save:-

  • Tap "Full Page". The screenshot will expand to show the entire webpage.
  • You can then edit or annotate the screenshot (optional).
  • Once you're happy, tap "Done".
  • Choose how you want to save it:

-Tap "Save to Photos" to save it in your Photos library.
-Tap "Save PDF to Files" to save it as a PDF. You can then choose a location within the Files app.
