Very frustrating using El Capitan 10.11.6 with Creative Cloud Desktop Application. Cannot upgade to High Sierra  or Mojave on my mac. We are Graphic Designers/Printers and belong to a large industry group and many are having same problem. We may be forced to move back to version CS 2016 standalone which we still own and thus drop our monthly subscription model.

I would like to see you have Apple correct the El Capitan for compatibility or have you correct your software issues.

Most printers like us recommend and influence in-house corporate designers in software purchases and we need your support to correct the compatibility issues. Many of Apple's advancements are in iPod and email hardware and software; graphic design equipment use makes little importance to Apple. Subscriptions can easily be lost as people revert back to CS 2016 standalones and using idml file input. There would be dwindling case to maintain paid subscriptions. No one is running out to buy overpriced and underwhelming new products from Apple for Adobe's gain and growth.
