Contact form improvments

I'm really excited about the new Contact Form widgets!!!

Very powerful stuff!!!

My only comment is that I was hoping for something more "itemized"/

What I mean is, I would like to choose all the fields like: Name, Address, Phone, etc..

For instance if I wanted to make an online application with 30 fields including drop down menus, radio buttons, and file uploads.

Also, will the Contact Froms ONLY work with adobe Catalyst???

I know Muse is a work in progress, just a few ideas.
