Muse desperately needs this feature

Full screen responsive layout in HTML 5 or anything that an iPad/tablets can view. I found this site which is perfect  http://www.juicebox.net/demos/

I am not fully comprehending the delay in implementing this necessity in Muse. Can any of the Muse staff help me out with an explination? Is it that difficult?
