Allow for "Favorites" locations on the Import screen

I don't always import photos from my camera. Sometimes I'll download photos, or generate them in Photoshop and save them to a Projects folder I keep on the Desktop or elsewhere. Each time I go to import these into Lr, I have to click through 6-10+ subfolders to import. It would be nice to be able to "Favorite" an import source folder so I can always just click on that.  I know Lr sometimes remembers common import sources, but it often forgets too.
