Enhancing the Photoshop Variables command file name option

I would like to suggest a practical feature to be added to Photoshop's Variables command that I believe would enhance the command materially.

Almost without exception, in one of the layers of each file created with Variables, a text layer holds unique information – a name, badge number, etc.-- that distinguishes it from the other files being created. It would be helpful if, as an additional step or additional option in the Export > Data sets as files... menu, there was a way choose the name appearing in that layer to name the file and, in doing so, provide a far more useful file name for each file created.

Since the unique datum appears as the layer name, perhaps the information may be copied from there. Another option would be to obtain that file name information from its position in the data set text file.
