Link Synchronisation? Or not?

So, with this new text sync feature comes a strange little quirk I would've expected Adobe to have worked out...

If you've got links in your text, say on your Desktop version (a fairly basic thing)... And you want to sync that text to your Phone version so the same text is displayed across both versions and when one version gets edited, the other mirrors it... Would it make sense that those links within the text frame would automatically switch to the Phone version of the linked pages (or removed altogether if that page doesn't exist in the Phone version)?

That would make sense, right? Desktop version, Desktop links, Phone version, Phone version links? Yeah?

NO!

Not according to Adobe!

Apparently if you sync your text, you also sync your links too. So if you notice the links still direct to the Desktop version and you manually change them in the Phone version, they will then also link to the Phone version on the Desktop version!

So.... WHAT'S THE POINT in syncing the text if you can't sort the links out? This creates a near equal amount of work to what was previously needed to style and edit text across multiple versions, just to make sure links within text frames point to the right version of the site...

Can the Muse team please make it a priority to update the text/link sync feature to allow for links across different versions to direct to the right version of a page - or at least recognise it should redirect? Not too much to ask, surely?

Thanks.
