Add activity map fields in clickstream feed.

Activity map fields are now in data feeds under the following columns:


clickmaplink

clickmaplinkbyregion

clickmappage

clickmappageregion

Don't ask me why they named the columns clickmap when they're actually activity map. At least they're there
